Dear Friends,
One Pavillon architecture. One movement. One spec sheet. Yet beneath this shared foundation lies a unique experiment in chromatic transgression that distinguishes the four Pavillon references — an exploration of how colour alone transforms everything.
What emerges are MIER—PARYS's forbidden colours of watchmaking — sophisticated in-betweens that create dialogue rather than opposition: petroleum blue against graphite grey, oxblood bordeaux with violet dusk, smoked umber paired with faded mauve, radiant brushed steel united with mineral matte black. Within these compositions, we orchestrate warm against cold, but never at war: conversations between temperatures rather than battles. Each is sparked by concentrated bursts of complementary colour that create moments of visual intrigue.
Components that typically recede now assert themselves, palettes drawn from opposing worlds creating unexpected harmonies that resolve into serenity across the architecture. The smaller the component, the stronger its voice — electric lavender for indices in one, signal red for seconds in another — while vast surfaces remain composed.
This conversational chromatic philosophy finds its echo in layered dial architecture — central disc, internal sapphire ring and floating markers at distinct heights — where the sapphire ring becomes the mediator, uniting these disparate color conversations into a coherent whole, creating real depth while contrasting textures catch the light to sharpen legibility and throw quick glints with every tilt.
The Pavillon Collection begins with precise timekeeping and serious specifications, then goes further. Each piece is made to reward long-term ownership and daily wear — becoming more meaningful in use than in display. Pavillon is about what endures once the numbers are met: architecture, tactility, and an immediate sense of occasion on the wrist.
PAVILLON: 4 COLOURWAYS. 1 VISION.
⸻ 01 Nébuleuse 85 ⸻
Anthracite and petroleum blue lit by factory yellow — retro sci-fi in rain-streaked glass and analogue glow.
Dial base: Anthracite → Mid-ring: Graphite grey → Sapphire ring: Petroleum blue → Numerals: Calcite grey → Indices: Factory yellow → Hands: Hour & minute silver tone → Seconds: Signal red → Strap — Top surface: Deep black → Lining: Light tan → Buckle: Silver tone.
⸻ 02 Crooner Solace ⸻
Faded blue-mauve against smoked umber — a watch like a jazz standard played in glass and chrome — coolly romantic, precisely dissonant.
Dial base: Smoked umber → Mid-ring: Faded blue mauve → Sapphire ring: Faded blue mauve → Numerals: Calcite grey → Indices: Orange afterglow → Hands: Hour & minute silver tone → Seconds: Signal red → Strap — Top surface: Dark brown → Lining: Light tan → Buckle: Silver tone.
⸻ 03 Rive Noire ⸻
Sunburst steel dial built in three measured layers of satin graphite and mineral matte black. A study in shadow and patina — a quiet order of light and absence, subtly radiant in its sheen, like moonlight through a glass, darkly.
Dial base: Silver tone → Mid-ring: Satin graphite grey → Sapphire ring: Mineral matte black → Numerals: Calcite grey → Indices: Pale titanium → Hands: Hour & minute silver tone → Seconds: Smoked steel → Strap — Top surface: Deep black → Lining: Light tan → Buckle: Silver tone.
⸻ 04 Arizona, Japan ⸻
Oxblood bordeaux with dusty rose taupe and violet dusk — a cross-cultural nod to elegance on the edge, where cool-classic poise meets cosmopolitan futurism — wide as a desert horizon at sundown, charged with neon suspense.
Dial base: Oxblood bordeaux → Mid-ring: Dusty rose taupe → Sapphire ring: Violet dusk → Numerals: Calcite grey → Indices: Electric lavender → Hands: Hour & minute silver tone → Seconds: Bright emerald → Strap — Top surface: Dark Blue → Lining: Light tan → Buckle: Silver tone.
SHARED GEOMETRY
Beneath these four distinct expressions lies a unified architectural language — one designed to amplify the character of each colourway through the interplay of form, surface, and light while maintaining Pavillon's essential identity.
Layered surfaces and relief
Central disc, sapphire ring, and floating markers sit at distinct heights on the Pavillon, creating tangible depth, while subtle variations in surface texture sculpt soft shadows and highlights that shift with every change in light.
Case geometry and contours
Angular, brutalist-inspired lugs — finished in alternating polished and satin-brushed 904L stainless steel — seamlessly merge into a smoothly rounded case body, forging a sculpted silhouette whose interplay of sharp edges and gentle curves achieves dynamic balance.
Colour and finish transitions
Contrasting panels of hue stand independently yet blend under changing light. Salient index tops, paired with matt-textured flanks, boost legibility and produce crisp glints as the watch moves — each detail reinforcing the whole.

▓ BEYOND THE DIAL
MIER—PARYS treats watchmaking as a studio of ideas where design, meaning, and mechanics converge to radiate beyond the dial, creating instruments for reclaimed time.
The Pavillon collection embodies our vision: a pocket of autonomy that invites connection and shared experience — joining a community of those who recognize what time could be, rescued from today's privatized, algorithm-ruled timelines.
Engineered for those who slip from boardroom rigour to midnight improvisation, Pavillon fuses Swiss precision with studied elegance. These are watches for people who live between worlds, fluent in both discipline and abandon, structure and spontaneity. Understanding when to be present, knowing when to step back — Pavillon is designed for both.
Thank you for joining us on this journey. We're grateful to share these first pieces with people who understand what we're trying to build.
